With our fully managed service, you can sit back and relax knowing everything is being taken care of.  We take care of everything from the very beginning to the very end.  Marketing your property, conducting viewings, referencing tenants, collecting rents, move in, move out, inventories, regular inspections and maintenance issues.

This service is ideal for you if you do not wish or have the time to manage your properties and would prefer to delegate it to a professional team.  Our fully managed service requires the minimum level of involvement from you, ensuring your rental is hassle free.

Tenant Find Only Service

This is for the hands-on landlords that prefer to handle the day to day management of their properties.  We will take care of the marketing of your property, conduct viewings, reference tenants, collect the first months rent and deposit on your behalf.  Once a suitable tenant is found, we will then leave the daily management to you.
